About Us

Stuart Hely - I've spent my career in shopping centre management and later in casual leasing. I've managed major shopping centres, been a National Director of Australia's largest shopping centre managing agents, started and run successful casual leasing businesses and seen first-hand how much time gets wasted on manual processes that should have been automated years ago.

Every centre I worked on had the same problems. Fielding availability enquiries by phone or email, tracking bookings on antiquated systems, chasing payments and manual reporting.

More than 40 years managing some of the largest and best performing shopping centres in Australia. I then created and ran Australia's best casual leasing booking company after which I had planned a break but ended up consulting to JLL overseeing the casual leasing portfolio for Charter Hall centres around Australia for 3 years.
